Yeah, but Joel, by not painting with glossy white on the foredeck the ease of tanning under one's chin is eliminated.... :roll: :roll:

For when you'd like to blast the hull / other metal parts...

I ran across this YouTube video about a DIY sandblast unit for under $10 (Jeff'll love it! :lol: ). It's not for large jobs but if you'd like to blast (uses walnut shells from Harbor Freight) a spot/section on the boat this might be useful. Welcome aboard!! I can't be certain, but I believe the Admiral and I, while on our (normally) yearly trip from Cincy down to Madison, In. on the Ohio R. spotted a River Cruiser.

Bought some led replacement bulbs to try as replacement to incandescents in instruments. Work great! Takes a little pressure to get them into sockets but they do work fine. Only caveat.... appears the instrument maker put a orangeish rubber "hood" over the regular bulb to dim them a bit. T...
