Thanks MetalHead, Mandrel Bending Solutions might be the answer, though I don't see a 1 7/8" - 1 3/4" listed. Thanks for reaching out to them.

I used all Marelon... thru-hulls, sea scoop, and seacock. Worked like a charm...

I rebuilt my first Marinette (a 26') in 1999 and installed all Marelon, including a 1 1/2" seacock for the engine pickup (raw water cooled). That seacock was removed last year and it is like new. As you noted, no electrical issues at all. The larger seacock is very robust and never left me in doubt ...

I am doing a complete remake/refit on a 1972 32 Express. At present, I am replacing all (4) packing gland hoses...(2) rudder and (2) prop shaft. I plan to use proper Buck Algonquin hose.
