Great question. Here's what I did: First I removed the plywood floor from the frames. Had to disassemble the lower helm to slide wood out. You probably don't HAVE TO do that; could work thru the hole behind steps, but I'd recommend taking the time to remove trim wood adjacent to stbd cabin wall, the...

EVERYTHING must be replaced! Hoses permeate and stink. Tanks rot. Fittings break off.
