I too use fuel pressure regulators, but they prone to leak fuel. I( have had to replace several over the years and not sure if they are uscg approved. Keep your fuel sniffer working. Just saying

I just had a thought. Why don't you contact one of us on the Tennessee river and ride along with one of us. I can't speak for everyone but I will take you out on my boat and let you see how easy and fun it is.

OK, I'll jump in. 73 years young. have twin 32 and handle it alone on Tennessee River. Don't see a need for generator because I always dock where there is power. I found in 48 years of equipment business that the first things that fail, involve movement and friction, (switch). if you run a jumper wire from the hot post on switch to the start post (usually masked with a S), if it cranks it is the switch. You will also have to have power to the run post for it...

Joel, well done. !4 years ago when I started I printed everything that I had interest in on the M site. Did that for years until my folder got about a foot thick. Might be a good Idea to do it again or save it somehow on my computer. You never know when something will be lost. Carl contributed a lot...
