Re: Need a strut

Yes - I think I can take the ones from the 1" props and use them on the new rudders. I had the old plastic ones on the rudders and they came out in pieces.

Re: Need a strut

Sounds like that would work for this bearing DEENA 1-1/4" x 1-1/2" x 5" Johnson Cutless Non-Metallic Bearing. I will send you a PM. Last Question - Looks like the hole coming into the boat for the shaft, don't know the technical term for it, is about 1 1/2 inches I.D. That does not le...

If time and money were no object, I would be in. Twin engines and love that layout. Bet that boat would fly. Hope someone buys her.

Re: 32 fb seda canvas winter cover like new

If I was not getting my ass kicked in federal taxes in about a month, would love to make a package deal on cover and props. Shoot.

Re: Marinette Boat literature

Wow - very cool website. Thanks for sharing. Question does not belong here, but you say tranny fluid was low and that causes them to spin in neutral?? Is that true? Mine spin as well - will check fluid.

Re: Engines ready to install, Finally!

Chevy's are going in in about 8 weeks. Sold 360's to another Marinette owner. Yes, I like Chryslers, just like Chevy's a little more, and more parts availability. I will change my profile once they are installed and running! Why change out engines? My last trip 15 miles each way took 2 gallons of oi...

Re: Engines ready to install, Finally!

While they are out: Plumbing for head, blower motors, all wiring and battery cables, 120v breaker box, all new motor mounts, new prop shafts, props, bearings, rudders, battery boxes, all new exhaust hoses, fresh water strainers, water separators, fuel line - should I continue? Oh, and the cost to re...
