I work for a PVC plastic sheet company and we produce very little 5/8" thick sheet. Standard thicknesses seem to be 1/2" and the 3/4". I'm guessing 1/2" would be plenty thick and strong enough. If I used PVC, I might even try 3/8"...

I have the transport, lift for flybridge at loading and delivery unload pretty well lined up. One issue is a lift for the flybridge at destination delivery. About how much does the flybridge weigh? I also have a 100 lb radar arch on it that I hope not to remove but may have to. How many folks and wh...
