As the song says “Rust never Sleeps” Does corrosion continue when out of the water? My project doesn’t have an end in sight and So do I need to focus on the hull to some degree to stop the corrosion, or is it OK to continue working on the mechanical side? It’s been high and dry for years…

Thanks for the responses. I went and moved it this week on its lot trailer about a quarter mile. I don’t think height will be an issue as it’s under 12’ on current lot trailer. I could not convince myself to scrap it and so I will pull the trigger and pay the money for a new trailer and haul it home ...
