Made it out to the boat this weekend and cleaned all the super corroded connections. I have to replace a ton of components because of snapped or disintegrated terminals. Why did it require the larger carb if it uses the same amount of fuel? Or is that for full throttle?

You think I should rebuild it even if I stay CCW? Supposedly, it only has 200 hrs on it but its over the course of 15 years. The oil is clean but its rusty as heck.
