Sedan Screen Doors
Has anyone found a good alternative to the sliding screen doors on a Sedan? We like to use the screen doors but with 3 boys under the age of 7 they take a beating (the doors not the boys)...

Hydraulic steering
I'm thinking about switching to Hydraulic steering this year. Those who have, is it worth it? What system did you go with? What kind of price tag am I looking at if I install it myself? 32' Sedan dual station.

Bridge clearance
Does anyone know the spec bridge clearance of a 32 Sedan? Going to be heading up the Huron River tomorrow and the chart says one bridge is 21' and another at 19'.

Re: Exhaust in the cabin
I don't think I have ever run with the doors closed. Even if it's raining my cockpit canopy top keeps the rain out. I do run with my blower on because I always thought the leak was coming from the exhaust in the engine room. I'm on Lake Erie so if it is anything bigger then 3' waves I need to keep t...

Exhaust in the cabin
I have been searching for an exhaust leak all summer and have come up with nothing. When I run the boat there is a strong exhaust smell in the cabin and the CO detector goes off if I do not have the forward hatch open. I had a mechanic come out to see what he could find he he is telling me the exhau...

Hot water tank
Has anyone tried to install a residential hot water tank in their boat? I was thinking about getting one of the six gallon under cabinet mount but I don't know how it would hold up to the abuse.

Re: Sleepless nights over my VHF Radio
I have owned the boat for almost 2 years now and the radio has never worked for me. I spent all last season messing with it and have never been able to receive (not even weather) or transmit. The radio is only 4 years old so I hate to replace it (same model is about $800). I have been boating my who...

Sleepless nights over my VHF Radio
I'm looking for some suggestions! I have a Uniden VHF radio mounted above my lower helm in my 32 Sedan and I can not get it to transmit. I have replaced the antenna, tried to hard wire it directly to the battery, and checked all the grounds. I even purchased a new radio and wired it in to the power ...
