Re: Starter and fresh water impeller

Going on three years, no issues ! I’m guessing any reluctance about the composite hub would be that it would break off from the impeller part. But the silicone material won’t get stiff with age, like natural rubber, so there won’t be as much stress on the hub. That would be my theory. Guess I’ll see ...

Re: 32' Express

Good looking boat ! Really like the extended swim deck & transom door. Good price too. Should have no problem finding a new home.

Re: A sad day

She was dry docked, way in the back of the lot, across from the canvas shop on Old Deale Rd.

A sad day

Trolling the web to check out Big M's for sale and see that the 60' Marinette catamaran is no longer listed for sale and the original broker has scrubbed their site. Also found a post on the Marinette facebook site that states that it has been sold for scrap. I had traveled to Deale MD to see her in ...

Re: Starter and fresh water impeller

If, like mine, the original engines with their ID tags are long gone. Even engines with metal data plates get thrown out by engine builder. I can't remember which ones are LT and RT rotation. The two starters listed in the factory Chrysler parts manuals are 2875927 and 9575928 plus 14 different part ...

Re: Mufflers

Not sure on a double cabin, I have a 37' sedan, and they are under the rear deck. I would guess double cabins are mounted in the walls with a downward tilt to the ends (if they were under the floor they wouldn't be able to drain). Are there access doors behind any of the dresser drawers/bathroom ...

Another unique one !

This one is for sale on Lake Erie. You'll notice on the interior shot, this one has no lower helm. Anyone ever seen one?

A rare find, only six produced

One of the few 41' Sedans. Noticed some unique features I've never seen before. Not sure if the transom door is factory. Only has a single sliding door, in the center with cabinets on either side. the windlass pulpit is not simply added on, but part of the AL hull. First 41' I've ever seen (there is ...

Marinette SeaCrest

Trolling thru the web and found this. What's interesting about it was the owner, at some point, had modified the transom and she now has twin outboards, Honda 90HP's. There is an old Family Cruiser that someone did the same thing to.

Re: The Return

In case anyone hasn't seen my post on the unfortunate loss of traffic on the sight lately, especially since the site went down last time, I proposed a question on giving the site more visibility. Problem is, my post only shows up if you're logged in (members only), so many may have not seen it. Many ...
