Re: Topside paint question

Topside paint is handled differently that bottom paint so copper vs copper free isn't really an issue. That said, you should try and figure out what sort of topside paint you have on the boat right now as that will govern what you can repaint or patch it with. The original paint was a 1 part alkyd e...

Re: Bottom paint recommendation

I have moved away from Trilux 33 and went with Alumipaint AF from Totalboat. It covers better and is much cheaper. Since it is compatible paint system, I didn't have to sand to bare metal. They even gave me free coveralls and a paint tray with my order. http://www.totalboat.com/product/alumipaint-af/

Re: Sliding Glass Window Lessons Learned

I will vouch for Carl's replacement poly glide material. We replaced all of ours this spring (and refurbished the tracks, and new windows). The poly-glide he sells is better than the original!!

Re: Flags

Hello all, I will get a quote and let you know. My idea: Burgee with the "Marinette" styled name and the Seahorse logo on it. (Note: the GLMC has restored the logos) Color: would all have to be the same color for a burgee production run. I'm thinking Black but feel free to indicate your pr...
