Re: Removing Rear Rail
I have done everything on this boat. She runs really well, the v6's are really impressive. After replacing everything basically I have lots of new insight now that I have run her for basically 6 months. Thanks again for all the responses to the thread. It's been great reading your comments. I am hoping to be in the water soon and I know the first time I hear those engines fire back up I'll be a different man!

Re: My Project - Cost
Let me say I have spread the "love". I'm not dreaming of rolling around on the deck naked......yet, but I get a huge smile on my face when I see her and often dream of our future adventures together. Can you marry a boat in this country yet? If one was to marry their boat would she be cons...

Re: Packing Boxes
I wanted to add and thank you Bill for the vendor recommendation Deep Blue Yacht Supply. They have supplied bearings, packing boxes, dripless shaft seals, seacocks, and now new shafts and plates. They are competent, competitive and the service is incredible. I have spent time on the phone, emailed p...

My Project - Cost
With Jeff recently posting his 32 for sale and reading about some of the other acquisitions on the forum I have a question, am I the only fool that has spent huge money restoring his boat? I don't expect to ever recoup but from time to time I feel a little stupid. I traded my Jeep for the boat (15k)...
