I've also used Startron. Not sure if it's any better (or worse). The main thing is to fill the tank(s) full as possible with conditioner, then run the motors a bit to get it into the fuel system. That's fine IF it is charging only two batteries. You can NOT charge two batteries with the same (one bank) charger and get away with it. One battery (the bully) will steal the charge from the other.

Beautiful work, but (there's always a "but") I would have 'relieved' the bottom of those plastic washer deals to let water flow beneath them. The original rubber gaskets tended to create crevasse corrosion.
