Biggest issue with be any penetrations from screws, bolts etc. Think railing stanchions etc. Any bit of saltwater works its way between the stainless screw and the Aluminum will start to blister the paint in that area. Curious what the insurance company will let you take off the boat before they scrap it. If you plan on getting another Marinette maybe you can remove hardware/windows etc., that could be useful on the new boat?

Scrap it.
You will put more than 13k into restoration and will never get anywhere close to the restoration amount in a future sale.
Take the money and run.
