Usually only really big boats with high loads have a 50 amp service. It is always possible that someone converted it to something else, like a rv 30 amp. Take a closer look at it and compare it with some images of 30 amp rv and marine connectors.

It only takes a few minutes to drain the block and manifolds down. That would be my fail safe.

Trower, Give Acme Props a call. They will ask you for all of your boats info, then give you a recommendation. I also wanted to go to a 4 blade design, but they said that a 3 blade was the way to go for my 28. I will find out next summer. They also said that they can re-cup the props if they need a l...

Tuggle, yes they are 71 c velvet drives, 1" shafts. The shafts had been bent a few times by previous owners and I had them straightened a couple years ago. After doing some research and watching youtube videos, it seems like all the shafts break at the key way on either end, and are impossible ...
