We replaced last year and went with Dometic/Sealand Masterflush 8100 Series. Very happy with it.

I prefer a gloss white myself but others will disagree. I like the way it shines. Traditionally, many Marinette repaints have been done in two part paint like Awlgrip or Imron. It's very likely your waste tank is underneath the V-Berth. I replaced mine a couple of years ago and used the Ronco Plastics RH-B233 20 gallon one. You may find one bigger but I went the safe route.
