Go back and read other threads here on the CAPAC and the blocking transformer. It has been explained before. You have to understand what they do and how the Capac cell works and is not part of the 12 VDC or the 120 VAC systems.

Check that the spark advance works and the fuel filter screen at the carb inlet is clean.

I have had the same problem. The T-stat is sticking. If you want to change it, get one that fits a 350 but don't look in the T-stat housing. My Crusaders have the T-stat on top of the heat exchanger in the hose.

First, check your meter with a digital VOM set to DC milliamps. Until you do, you don't know what your reading really is.
