I put my A/C under the dinette seat. Like it there ,t was originally in the engine compartment in front of the port engine. My gen exhaust ties into my starboard engine exhaust before it exits the boat.

Consider the cost of ownership over the next few years . How many hours will you use running the boat, are you sleeping overnight at anchor,or at the dock. A/C - generator those 2 items will cost more than the asking price. Can work on it yourself,or will you be paying for that service. It is all in...

Pull the 2 on the back of the exhaust manifolds, or the bottom, (log or center dump) the 2 on the side of the block and drain them -with a warm engine. Put brass back in , teflon tape if it helps. Jeff,the heater is hooked to the starboard engine it does a wonderful job. We camp on our M a lot -cruise to a spot on Friday night drop anchor and still have hot water in the morning. Dave,the supply to the heater comes out of the intake manifold and returns in the top of the water pump.

Jeff will fix you up. If it was me I would start over. Find tdc then pull and reset your distributor . Then wire it up per the correct firing order (cw or ccw) start up and set the timing.
