Re: Leak at Prop Shaft?
Double check your packing gland hose! Often overlooked and they do go bad. If replacement is in order that MUST be done on the hard.

Re: Alcohol / Electric Stove
Check out Origo Alcohol stove. Have had mine for 9 years works great! Very safe non pressurized. Only very slight mod. to cutout. The two canisters hold a lot of Denatured Alcohol. I have gone two seasons with only one refill! I believe it was around 500 bucks... will last forever no parts to wear o...

Re: Prop Sizes?
Lower pitch = Higher Engine RPMs. = more power out of hole and less top end speed Higher Pitch= More load on engine= lower max RPMs. Less power out of the hole...Higher top end (primarily in the lower planning speeds) If you spend more time under planning speeds a higher pitch will increase your low...

your bilge pump is leaking DC current.
is your forward bilge dry

Re: Recommended fluids
Velvet Drive Use any of the Dextron I , II, II etc ATF I change tran fluid every 50 hrs. I pump out the dip stick hole. I do not drop the cooler. Changing every 50 hrs will keep recyle it through without dropping and draining lines. IMHO additives for leaks are a poor band aid fix if any. They can c...

Re: WANTED 26 FOOT UNDER 9 Foot
Just a friendly reminder to those that wish to trailer their big M's 1. 8ft 6 " Max unpermitted width on Federal Highways and most State Highways. (County rds etc. fall under Home Rule) 2. 13ft 6 Max height. This is a big one since over height permits are tough to get. If it has removable parts...
