"... Any river tow company in your area. Just in case. On my trip home..."

Re: Topside paint question

Painting tip: don;t paint the foredeck glossy white. The sunlight bouncing off that surface can be blinding. Flatten paint in that area. White will still be bright but not as reflective. Or go with another, darker color in that region

Re: Source for 5/8" starboard marine anti slip

My choice for look good, very low maintenance, easy to cut, last forever material is Plasteak (akron, OH) with a plastic sheet underlay for added rigidness (Plasteak planks themselves flex across an open span). I used it only for bow pulpit and was going to replace back deck with it but sold the boa...

Long, long time ago there was an upholsterer in Louisville who did a lot of M's but since the tubing can vary, you'll have to use a custom top maker. Go w/Sunbrella which lasts and cleans up well. I'd advise using the best thread since that's the thing that unravels under the punishment of the sun a...

From experience questions 1 and 2 are totally unimportant. Skip first to question 3 and do what wife says. Always.

Re: Block Heater

Are you trying to use the boat in the winter months? Anti-freeze not a better (and fail-safe) option for you?

Bridge removal advice from postings here over the years: Mark/label every blessed wire -both sides, of course. Some have described tying it down tight on a carpeted foredeck.

Re: ELECTICAL

I replaced the automobile type 12v bulbs in the "can" fixtures in the early 1990's when LED's were a novelty and expensive. Made a great, low-draw night light. For illumination, the early ones were dim. Today, the technology has raced forward, the bulbs are widely available and inexpensive.
