I know some will say this isnt as cool as the original cast plates.. But why not just take the plate to a vinyl sign maker and have them print a couple up and stick in the proper spot on the boat? Just pay someone to pull the props for you. It's usually cheap, and they have all the tools. Probably not more than $75 to pull both.
