I used stainless washers on each bolt head and nut... All aluminum anodes on the hull.

Well I'm ready to order a new prop. I have a single 260 HP 360 Chrysler in my 28. The old 360 has 2200 hours on it. Should this vessel achieve more than 28 mph? Does anyone have the actual spec or manual indicating the WOT for this 1984 360 (260 HP)? I have a manual for the 275 HP 360 that shows 420...
