Bummer. Can you post pictures? Maybe it's not as bad as you may think. I saw another M that was full of rain water, same situation, on craigslist about a year ago (was this yours?) Don't know if it sold. The pictures showed the water was clear up to the carburetors and about knee deep in the cabin. ...

Wow, glad to see her back on the water so quickly. Some fellows go crazy and do a full restoration all at once. I just tackle one project at a time so I can enjoy the fun of owning her more.

I can tell you mine, not sure if 318 and 360's are the same. Mine is also a 1975 with 360's and Sherwood single pocket raw water pumps and use a NAPA number 25-7430 for the raw pump and a 25-7459 for the alternators. Hope this helps, still have the old ones?

I may be mistaken, but I thought some older 318 powered M's used 1" shafts.
