Re: 32 Sedan Adding Air Conditioning
The highest amp draw devices are hot water, AC/heat & electric stove. You can run any 2 of these at once on 30A. This is assuming you have factory hot water tank and not a higher rated after market tank. Ive been managing all the above on 30Amp for years and only occasionally trip the master 30A...

Judging by the window tracks, intake cowls and paint design it is most likely a 1985 32' Express with a flybridge. Window tracks changed to black anodized in 86 Intake cowls changed from rounded to square in 85 Canvas line does not follow the raked pillar seen on the sedan and late 85 sedans changed...

Always check here before ordering from unknown, online source. I've used this site since the 90's. It does not list everyone but they are constantly adding to it.

Re: hull repair
Good luck welding the hull....thanks to the black crud Marinette sprayed on the inside of the hull you or someone you pay will spend plenty of time scraping and cleaning the hull free of that stuff. Its easier when the hull is as cold as possible and you can chisel and crack the black stuff off. Whe...

Re: Bow Rail Restoration
Clamp two stainless flanges together aligning the weep holes and run a drill press through the weep holes a few sizes larger in diameter. The factory size diameter is so small they get clogged up and don't drain. Plus the old rubber gaskets would sink up into the weep hole. The hard starboard will n...

Re: Broken Flybridge Throttle Control
I know from my own repairs that the 80's Marinettes use Teleflex cables. The model number is stamped on the plastic sleeve. The bridge is connected to the lower helm control. On that same lower control there is another (shorter) cable that runs to the carb. You will need to replace the cable that co...

Cable replacement is the only solution. There are also tension adjustment on the throttle controls. Not sure if there is tension adjustment for the clutch controls.
