I put my A/C under the dinette seat. Like it there ,t was originally in the engine compartment in front of the port engine. My gen exhaust ties into my starboard engine exhaust before it exits the boat.

Consider the cost of ownership over the next few years . How many hours will you use running the boat, are you sleeping overnight at anchor,or at the dock. Dave,the supply to the heater comes out of the intake manifold and returns in the top of the water pump.

Jeff will fix you up. If it was me I would start over. Find tdc then pull and reset your distributor . Then wire it up per the correct firing order (cw or ccw) start up and set the timing.
