You didn't note the cost difference. Cost per gal at your current or preferred fuel stop ?? And do you anticipate more "longer" trips where the extra tanks and weight (6lbs/gal) would pay for themselves? Do you have room for the tanks?

If this isn't too simplistic, trace your fuel lines back to the tanks. Guessing that when the switch to diesel took place, there was no reason to eliminate the crossovers.

Understand. One last question based on last set of pix. Bottom detail isn't clear... did you provide for weep holes between the little compartments that will be on the floor under the engines?

-My '88 manual clearly spelled out the parallel switch location, at the lower helm as noted above. - Your blower problem may be related to a shorted wire. -I have the manual with wiring diagrams and happily post it but it's pdf and I think this site doesn't accept pdf's.
