I think that I read on this forum that using a transducer to "shoot through" the hull will not work on BigM . I can't remember if it was because of the Aluminum or if it was the thickness of the Aluminum. Our BigM has a transom mount currently.......and I have not bothered to hook up the a...

I have seen a couple of 16x15 for sale and am wondering what type of performance I could expect from them. Currently have 17x19's (on there when I bought her) and engines bog out at about 2800 rpm.
