Carl I guess another question this time ignition hot lead going to the flybridge ignition-the upper ignition wires are only hot when the lower helm switches are on-second question is if both battery switches are off nothing gets power but if they are still off having the battery charger on will give...

The 2 black wires that feed the 2 bilge pumps where does the power come from? Took out many of the electrics out of the engine room and there is no power coming off either wire.

i should also note that thermostats were just replaced as well as putting in new seaflow raw water filters

starboard raw water pump
well i always get mixed up -the starboard raw water pump is not sucking water-I may have this backwards any way to tell? Both pumps i have rebuilt 2 years ago but have not had them running since the installation.
