Sounds like the way to go.I am stuck between getting the vetus or Trident corrugated hose.The Vetus 21/2" hose is actually 2 9/16" 65mm and would be easier to install.The Trident seems to be a little more robust temp wise and more commonly used , but probably will be a bear getting it on. ...

Yep and I thought I had the market cornered on innovative ways to get thing done.Great Ideas. I was going to use Trident corrugated hose my only worry is what clamps to use with the ribbed exterior.I measure up at 2 1/2 ID. I desperately need to replace my exhaust hose, it is flat and dry rotted.I am going to us trident corrugated and want to know how bad of a job this is.Looking for advice from the experts.
