Re: Could we collect prop, shafts and other parts specs and info here ??

All good points, , I may take it on later this summer as I am semi retiring into a small business with added screen time and not so hectic as my previous life. I just think it would be a good resource for us Big M'er's

Re: AirPax breaker toggle switchs

I will look this weekend but I am surely surprised that 10 amps could be adequate to power even half of the overhead console, I have a fresh water pump that draws over half of that by itself. I would bet on 30 amps but ??? I might lose that bet without first verifying.

My thinking comes from personal experience and reading the posts of others that are wanting specs on their prop shafts so that they may order in advance and have them available for a pull out day so that they may make an in and out deal of it. I have in the past ordered them from John and he knew th...

Re: Sorry, but another Trim Tab question

Jeff, That is an excellent consideration. Since I drive from below at all times for obvious reasons, I tend to use the tabs to drop the bow down about 50% of what the tabs are capable of doing for best visibility and I have verified with GPS that this has no effect on speed until I go to 75% to almo...

Sorry, but another Trim Tab question

My tabs on my 39 sedan seem like they are just running out of power at higher speeds. As an example I was out for a boat ride with a friend a couple of weeks ago and with just the two of us on board, one in each pilot seat we had a list to starboard as I was a little lite on port tank fuel and real ...

Re: 37 - 41 without flybridge

I feel the same way and will own it as long as I am boating. Best part is and since I never plan to sell it, I will share that I bought it in Marinette WI, for 1/3 of 2006 prices during the 08-09 market crash. One family owned to fish in Green Bay, interior looked like it was never used other than s...

Re: 37 - 41 without flybridge

The 39 Sedan w/o a fly bridge is located at pier 99 In Warsaw Ky. mile 531 on the Ohio. Name on the boat is LIBERTY ONE, I should know !!! Seriously though, I have had it both ways and I do not ever miss cleaning up on the bridge on wash day. As I get older I want the boat to be more fun and less wo...
