I have seen many different boarding steps on the net and in magazines like Great Lake Scuttlebutt or the BoatUS mag, there are some pretty innovative steps and ramps. Check RV/camper dealers as well.

I have been a professional mechanic for 35 years, started out in the car business and worked my way up to Kenworths and Peterbilts. For the past 10 years I have been employed in a shop that specialized in fire truck repair, just to give you some background. Thru my career I have worked in two differ...

When I confirm this I will post. Th...

Re: A little crazy?
Just a thought, have you ever contemplated outboards? I have seen a few M's that had the transoms modified for this conversion. Modern outboards are small and powerful and can be removed for service by just lifting them off. There is a lot of people that have done the conversion on glass boats as we...

Re: Gas tank leak
All above info good. Yes, Al will corrode. My 37' has dual freshwater tanks that have leeched thru. Water, sludge and gunk in the bottom of the fuel tanks will do this too.

I purchased my 37' from a private owner, no broker. Went to my title office (in Wayne county Ohio) transferred title and was able to transfer the current registration with no problem. Other than the state sales tax ($$$/ouch) it was pretty painless.
