Re: Bottom paint dilema
You asked for a suggestion on negotiation - here 'tis. Since the seller didn't paint it correctly I wouldn't give him the job of trying to get it right now. Instead, acknowledging that it wasn't done properly, he could knock some dollars off the price, dollars you'd use to have the job done yourself...

Re: Bottom paint dilema
This MAY be evidence of failure to do the job properly. As you may have read, aluminum must be primed/barrier-coated within a few hours of blasting or sanding down to clear metal or it skins over, unable to hold paint. There are clear procedures for applying coatings to bare surfaces and they may no...

It looks like the geocities link just posted above by John (shade2u2) was created by Doug Rose. Doug used to be very active on the site and was regarded as very informed on electrical matters.

Re: Electrical Inspection Checklist
M's typically have ckt breakers. They're described as aircraft type which would be logically considering the origins of the company. In the cabin, they are usually behind the panel over the helm. I do recall a breaker on the engine itself - for the engine but I don't think that's what you're asking ...

I don't know where that info went. But I believe the tip was something prin...
