Try Tim Beattie of Beattie Marine Transport out of Cleveland. (216) 533-4863 . He's the best.

Re: Gangplank for beaching
Balthaus: Over the winter I rescued a 80lb Chow mix that I wasn't planning on keeping.. Well she turned out to be super sweet and a great family member so here I am in May picking her up and carrying her down the dock, up the stairs, step onto boat, up another step.. It's a recipe for disaster.. Im ...

Re: New Project
So are these the "Nailhead" engines? I'm looking at a boat now with a pair of 401s in it. Been stored indoors for years 20 or so.. Bruce at Lakeland Auto & Marine said they are great engines but internal parts are hard to find. Tune up parts are easy. Just curious.
Thanks!

You can use electrical shrink sleeves on the bolt threads as well..

Sweet. I was thinking about using West System Epoxy for that, but then thought just having someone print vinyl would better.. Ended up doing neither. So where are you in Marblehead? Did you buy Elvis's (Ed's) boat?
Enjoy!

Re: 32 sedan improper lay-up for winter storage
Well that's good that the service has been excellent. I think it's good for all of us to know which marinas have good service and which ones do not. Any marina or other business can have a bad service moment, it's how they handle it that counts..

Re: Saltwater suicide?
Just curious about this.. My water inlet has a shut off and a hose hook up. Can you flush the system that way after using in salt water? Im sure it would help, just not sure how much.

jsutton, you'd be better off just buying my boat. Seriously I think that for what you would spend converting you'd be better off to just purchase a boat that has what you are looking for.
