Re: Cable Steering
What kind of fluid did you use, I used aircraft hydraulic fluid, it fell well within specs, friend of mine uses power steering fluid. Of the opinion most of my trapped air came from the compensating line. SeaStar has an electric pump system to aid in bleeding, think its only available to dealers tho...

Good move, how’d you bleed the system? Mine was a real pain, took several times.

Re: Raw Water Intake
You sure you don't have one already? My 32 has not only an intake for the toilet but a discharge too. Discharge is capped off, everything now goes to a holding tank, have considered using the the old discharge as an intake for a washdown pump.

Re: Trim Tabs
Make sure they're working properly, your getting full RELIABLE travel. One day mine would would work fine the next only one would work, the next day they'd stick one up one down. With the exception of the tabs themselves I gutted out the entire system and replaced with new, good money spent.

Re: Fuel economy
What's that? All kidding aside mine does fairly well cruising around 2400-2600, 16-18 mph, about a mile to the gallon. We recently ran a steady 2000-2200 rpm's for a solid five hours with some higher rpm's from time to time and burned about 50 gallons.

Re: Voltage Regulator
Think Arco also sells a regulator, and yes it's under the black plastic cover, on the backside.

Mine looks similar, less the hoses. Will look further into these, mine don't seem to leak, yet.
