I just could not get it opened with the "key". I will try some PB Blaster tomorrow.
Does anyone have any suggestions? The groove in the cover is chewed up a little but I just couldn't get it to turn at all.

I personally do not know anything about it. I remember seeing it for sale in Cincinnati, when we were looking for our Sedan FB.
We have had a rough summer of family and extended family issues and have hardly been out 3 maybe 4 times.

Well .... Timing on port motor(stalls when trans put into gear) was way off. I actually found the timing marks on the port motor flywheel. A groove in the dampener as well as an inboard guage. Are you checking with a multi meter or guages?
