Well, the Great Lake Marinette Club sells them ! I think they're only 10 bucks, but could be wrong. White pennant with burgundy Seahorse.

If I'm not mistaken, that end table is a factory Marinette option, like the faux bamboo chairs in some M's.

Ok, these are the part numbers straight from the Chrysler Marine parts book. For the steel pans, dipstick is #2946470, for the cast aluminum pans, it's #E9258M. The truck dipstick is likely the 2946470, so I believe the Al pan is marine only. Check Hurrikain and so if it's still available.

Chrysler Marine used two different oil pans too, a steel one and a cast AL one. Don't know if dipsticks are same or not, will check my Chry Marine parts book .
