For sale in SW Michigan. I added the flybridge, it did not come with one. Not operational from up there, but could be. Can share other details if anyone is interested.

Re: My Project - Cost

In my opinion - do you use your boat? The value of any boat is how much you use it. I can tell you half of the boats i see never see the water, and the half that do, most just sit at the dock most of the summer - don't get it. I think we might be the first ones to actually wear their boat out! I thi...

shore power breaker wiring.

Took out helm this winter and cannot remember what wiring looks like in this small breaker box. So, imagine 2 breakers, a total of 6 wires coming in, a black and white from the power inlet, and 2 more black and whites coming in to the box. I get where the whites and grounds go, in particular, where ...

Re: New Project

Thanks for posting those Pic's Metalhead. Looks great - and lots of work. Can't wait to see the finished project. Being aluminum, you can probably pick those babies up over your head!

I do not think the 4bbl intake and carb are original. Wondering whether to keep the Transmission with the gear reduction, or go with a ...

Re: New Project

Thanks - Its a 215, but not sure it started with the 4bbl on there. Goal is to have it ready for next season. Love those Buick 215 aluminum engines. Think I saw your youtube video on that one. Will post some pics once I get going on it.

This is a 1962 Graymarine 327 that I am going to attempt to rebuild and drop in my boat. Just like messing with engines. Sure I could do something else that makes more sense, but what fun would that be?

Re: What dosent your marina let you do?

We have several options for slipping our boat in SW michigan. Our marina, Brians, will let you do most anything as long as it is not too dangerous, and they will let you borrow tools. They have provided help with all kinds of things over the last 4 years. There may be nicer kept marinas, but we love...
