Steve,
Lakeland Auto and Marine in Port Clinton Ohio just posted a Facebook video about this subject.

Re: Politicals & this board
Totally agree.
We need to save as many of these Marinette's from the scrappers.
We don't have time on this grand old site for personal troubles.

Just use common sense.
Don't sleep with GEN running.
Place on swim platform.
Install a monoxide detector.
Be safe.

BigM DocGil » Sun Aug 01, 2021 8:37 pm " I'm also scratching my head at the bow mounted drain plug. I'd have sank the first time I went out had the previous owner not told me!" The reason the drain plug is at the bow is that when your Marinette is setting in the water the hull is lower in ...

Re: 32 on a lift
BigM The correct answer is your second to last sentence. :D You wrote: Should I add pads on the cross members to support the keel, and just enough wood to the bunks to keep the boat straight and level? You want to support your Marinette with most of the weight on the knell. Especial the part under t...

Re: Obsolete Sherwood dual pocket CW pump
BigM Hmm  The boat is 50 years young :!: If you do rebuild and say get another 25 years on the old girl that would be amazing. Like Fastjeff said, if you are going to switch to a single pocket pump on your Chrysler engine you would have to have the extra circulation pump that is used on "...
