Make sure it is leaking excessively before you mess with it! Put some dry toilet paper or similar around it and wait. It will show you how much it leaks. If you don't know where the water is coming from, you don't know what to fix. You also will get a lot from condensation inside the hull. Water in ...

I would spray lots of WD-40 or similar into the lock and let it soak for a while. The key might open it then.

There should be little or no pressure on the cap and no liquid, just fumes. I would get an old inner tube and a pair of scissors and make a gasket.

IMG_0780.jpg IMG_0779.jpg Just pulled my filler to inspect it. I just removed 4 screws and pulled the deck fitting up and out. It is normal for the rubber hose to glue itself onto the fitting. Try getting a flat screwdriver between the parts to free them. Some oil will help, or just cut it off shor...
