Jim was a longtime boater, and ardent supporter of organized boating organizations, including leadership roles in the Great Lakes Marinette Club. He will be sorely missed by friends and family.

I met Jim twice. At different Great Lakes Marinette Club rendezvous. Once in Leamington Ontario and once in Huron Ohio. He will be missed by the Marinette family of boaters.
