Thank you so much for the advice and guidance. I appreciate your knowledge and expertise with these beautiful boats. Would you please keep me in mind if you ever come across another 1958, 1959 or 1960 Model? I can be reached at twowolves12@yahoo.com or cell 828-380-9507

Well my husband jumped on this vintage beast, and this Mama’s pickiness has made her a continual work in progress. We did new bottom paint, and a new paint scheme. She’ll be the Belle of the Ball when we’re done, in my opinion of course. We’ve not really been able to use her. She had a few trial runs with my husband and daughter, but she just wasn’t up to snuff. We found out why??? The cast iron block is cracked(welding that is impossible). We had to connect with the Engineer in MD that bought Gray Marine to get a new block, and of course a new carburetor. The guy that did the bottom paint is going to make an effort to marry them together. I hope like heck we can at least get her on the water this year🤦🏼‍♀️. I want to get my hands on the inside too! Patience is a virtue.

Any classic railroad fans out there? If so, I ask: Do the forward windows on that boat remind you of a "Babyface" Alco locomotive or what!

I have pictures of that trailer rebuild somewhere I will dig up. It was a fun project itself.
