having celebrated a really big birthday, I realize I am no longer embarrassed by much, so sure -- I'm curious to see what blackmail ammunition you have in your pouch. . . .

Joel, You can always ask Jeff how he caught his pants on fire. He may not post those photos.

..."I'm curious to see what blackmail ammunition you have in your pouch."

Plenty! But we wouldn't want people to see THOSE photos!

Oh yeah... The pants on fire incident. Don't have a photo of that, but the memory remains.

I was talking with a few lovely ladies at work a few years ago. Had just come from the boiler shop where sparks set the cuffs of my jeans on fire! The nice rings of orange were spotted by one of the girls, who screamed "You're on fire!"

Being Mr. Cool, I slowly nodded and muttered. "Yeah; looks like. Be right back." I then slowly meandered down 30 feet of corridor to the Mens Room around the corner (with the girls yelling "RUN!" the whole time). When out of their sight, I raced for the Mens Room, tore the door open, and dunked my legs, one at a time, into the sink with the faucets wide open.

The only thing damaged was the jeans.

I don;t know much about the handsome part but we were loud. I had forgotten about that gig. Circa 2010/11, NY eve party at a $3mill mansion in Potomac MD. Home of a voice teacher who built a performance room for her students to resemble the Parthenon. Good food.

It's usually clamped to a cymbal stand near at hand. Liquids of dubious origin are poured into the top and periodically the drain is opened with the purified effuluent liquid going into a purloined cup. Fortifies one to get past some singers and trombone players

Huh! I'd always heard that you use white bread to filter your hooch. I guess the professionals use a Perko.

Found a much better photo of Joel at his drums.

Adolphe Menjou would be proud!
