Just curious, did the factory install 440's in the 32ft Sedan Flybridge? Seems like they did build a few.

I'm sure they may have, probably a pretty rare option. There is a Sportsman down on the Ohio River that was special built with twin 426 Max Wedge engines. Rumor has it that it flies. Believe it was built for an executive at Marinette.

Even if they weren't on the published price list, I'll bet you could get the factory to put them in--and other things if you wanted to shell out for them. I heard of one 40' houseboat owner who got one very large engine hatch over both engines instead of one over each engine. When he ordered his 32 sedan back in the late 1970s my uncle had them put in the wiring and switches for a generator, but not the generator itself because he didn't want the bigger plant--I believe they offered only 6.5 KW, He couldn't imagine needing that much power without A/C and planned to install a smaller one. He never did though. Funny the things we stress over.

I remember seeing price sheets in later years that had Crusaders as an option.
