New Topics and an Apology

If you want to start a new topic, find the section where you want it to go (bottom of the page), click on it and the "New Topic" button will show up.
On personal message--sheesh! Got a ton of them that I didn't, ah, notice was there. Doh! Latest one is 2014, Double doh! Sorry. I'll check there more often from now on.
