Chicago boat show

Post by boattown »

I got a free T-shirt from Progressive Insurance at the Chicago Boat Show. Does that boat look familiar?

Interesting. If you look at the artist's logo at the bottom right of the picture, it's from GV Designs in Cleveland. I called and asked if they had any more available, unfortunately no. They said call back during the week and talk to the boss and see if more could be made, perhaps with a M logo instead Progressive. I will keep you posted. Anyone interested???

Well, if you were lucky enough to get one of those shirts..... I called and spoke to the fellow at GV Art & graphics and the boss told me that the artwork for that T was created by one of their staff members, but specifically for Progressive Insurance, and as a result Progressive owns the copyrights to that artwork. I asked the guy if we could get some made without the Progressive logo, and he told me they couldn't (legally). Sorry folks, I tried, I really like that shirt !

I have boat insurance with Progressive, they're good and I would recommend them. You might call 1-800-876-5581 and ask about the shirts. Flo will help you out.
