With well tuned engines you should get one gallon per mile using both engines. :D

Good point. I recall scrapping the ENTIRE bottom of my 32 footer with an 1 1/2 inch wide putty knife one day. (The boat was in shallow water.) Got so disgusted with the vibration and loss of speed that I got out the scrapper.

Swallowed a gallon of Chesapeake Bay, but I solved the problem.
