You just have to know the secrets to start a new topic.
Make sure you are logged in.
Go to Board Index page.
Go down to the bottom of the page to the Forum box and pick a topic. ( I picked general topics )
Click on it and choose a thread or at the top left choose New Topic.

Pics are a little harder because they are limited to how much data, or dots, or K's they are.
I use ShrinkPictures.com to make them simpler. You can make an avatar picture for your ID here too. There are instructions somewhere on this site on all the steps. I haven't done it for awhile so I can't give you all the details. But shrink the pic, save it with a new name so you can find it and then put it on as an attachment.
(we didn't get a lot of fish last summer, but we did pretty good on shrimp )

You should be able to drag and drop photos into the thread. Just goto the full editor. If on a phone go to the bottom, in the full editor, and select the attachments tab, then add files.
