All the top posts on the board are old ones that are being used peddle viagra. Is there any way to keep these scammers out of the forum???

I finally figured out how to use me admin authority to dump the user who posted all the spam. I expect they'll be back...gone, too, are the posts. what a pita

Spammers are back!

Admins - are these snitheads those that have somehow gotten approval to post? Or have they hijacked real user's credentials?

I think the forum has a virus. Might be good idea to quarantine. Prevent all posting and clean out the spambots.

I just cleaned that spammer out..made him use a new password...deleted his account entirely..wiped out all his posts. Somehow, he gets re-authorized, supposedly by metalhead but I am not sure about that. If so, Metalhead must change his own pwd because it appears to have been compromised. This is the third time the same hacker has forced in.

It is a challenge to keep them out. My PWD is fine, I may be re-approving the account.
