Safety orange is my vote for the hull. The rest can be boring white :)

The dark colors look good but can be hot in the sun. The lighter shades (white) always are cool on the bare feet.
Variety is the spice of life, keep us posted.

I always preferred light color (in my case it was same as factory white) topsides. Makes for a cooler cabin. But the trim and hull sides colors ought to be your call. One suggestion, to cut glare paint the areas forward of the helm in a flat finish. Glossy sheds dirt a little easier but it's harder on the eyes.

I read somewhere a boat can be any color as long as it is white. :)

But ditto on the dark colors being hot.

I seem to remember on the old site there was a discussion on topside paint. White (or "white-ish") seemed to be the consensus. Anyone remember/know/recommend a color close to the factory color and what topside paint manufacturer they'd recommend. I'm planning (operative word there.... ) on painting from the water line up to the gunnel this year.

And for those who have done so, how'd you handle the black striping just above the water line and under the gunnel?

Thx,
Bill
