Restoring 37 double cabin

So I finally after waiting for 1 year and 11 days purchased a 37 double cabin. It was in the process of a update/refit when the previous owner passed and it has been sitting on the hard for 8 years plus. It had a new paint job in 2006 and the documents from the owners has a fairly expensive imron paint job receipt from 2006. I am thinking that imron was used only on the hull and the top deck and structure was not painted with Imron. I hit the Imron with a little bleach and soap combo and it looks like it was just sprayed yesterday. ....the top on the other hand is not so lucky. I have lichen growth all over the flybridge floor the aft cabin floor and the foredeck as well as the walkways. I used my bleach and soap combo in a garden sprayer with a scrub brush. It worked okay but was wondering if anyone had any tips.
